Shipping & Returns

ALL PRODUCTS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE LINKED TO OUR SHOP INVENTORY AND ARE USUALLY AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DESPATCH.

Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 2.00 pm, Monday-Thursday. All online orders placed with Forever Equestrian are packed and sent out within 5 business days after the order is made. Our aim is to send out all orders within 72 hours. You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched with tracking details.

Where a shipping parcel exceeds the 3kg flat rate weight restriction you may be contacted regarding an additional carriage charge. Any Additional Charges will be notified and agreed prior to shipping.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Deliveries within Ireland
Ireland: €10.00
Orders over €150.00 are delivered Free Of Charge. This is excluding custom orders, for which we will contact you directly.
Delivery time: 1-2 working days

Deliveries in the UK
Deliveries to the UK- Carriage charge of €15.00 - €25.00. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. You will be notified directly if such a charge is necessary.
Please note that exports to countries outside the EU may be subject to Customs and Local Taxes which is beyond our control.

Deliveries on European Orders
Deliveries to Europe - carriage charge €25.00- €35.00. There may be additional charges for heavy goods. Any Additional Charges will be notified and agreed prior to shipping.

Deliveries on International Orders
We export all over the world. Orders placed from outside of the EU are VAT- Exempt and therefore do not pay 23% VAT at checkout.
Please note that exports to countries outside the EU may be subject to Customs and Local Taxes which is beyond our control.
United States & Canada: €35 - €45
Australia & New Zealand: €35 -€45
Rest of World: €35 - €45

Despatch
Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 2pm, Monday-Thursday.
For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature is required by the courier company.
We must be notified of any damage incurred during posting within 24 hours of receipt of items.
In certain cases, the above stated rates for shipping will not apply, for example, where the items ordered are heavy, oversized or of an unusual shape. Any Additional Charges will be notified and agreed prior to shipping.

RETURNS

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached in their original packaging.

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged unless faulty:
• Embroidered Goods
• Made to Measure Items
• Bespoke items made in personalised colours
• Sale Items

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

Goods delivered Free of Charge will be subject to a carriage charge if returned for refund. For orders where no carriage is charged, carriage will be charged if your order is returned. The cost of postage will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and we will therefore not accept them as a return.

Returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken.

Due to Health and Safety requirements, RIDING HATS, SKULLCAPS and BODY PROTECTORS are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights. PLEASE CALL THE SHOP FOR ADVICE ON PURCHASING THESE ITEMS ON-LINE IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY UNSURE OF SIZING AS EACH MANUFACTURER MAY VARY IN FIT.

In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.

How to send Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Returns Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

Address the parcel to: Forever Equestrian, Mullingar Equestrian Centre, Athlone Road, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, N91 EH30.

Returned goods are posted at your own expense and we strongly recommend that they are sent by recorded/ tracked delivery in order that they can be signed for and entered into our system.
